Middle School Trip to Washington D.C.

Our middle school is taking the train to D.C. where they will be spending time at the Capitol, the Supreme Court, the office of Peter Welch, the Library of Congress, the National Museum of African American History and Culture, other Smithsonian museums, and memorials on the National Mall. They’ll also spend a day bicycling along the Washington Parkway to Mt. Vernon, doing a tour focused on the enslaved people of Mt. Vernon, and taking a boat back up the Potomac to Alexandria,
