We finally did it! We gleaned at New Leaf Organics right before Thanksgiving break and harvested about 110 lbs of radishes and 90 lbs of leeks. Rain early in the week melted the snow from the fields and made it possible. The vegetables went to the food shelf that day. Thank you to everyone who supported our service project and donated to our scholarship fund!
